A slow, quiet hour and a quarter of painting without a plan. No experience needed, no reference photo to match, and all materials are provided.
How we'll spend our time.
Settle in
We'll start with a little conversation about what intuitive painting is and trusting inner guidance. This will include an invitation to share your own experiences if you wish.
Breath and brush
We'll warm up by pairing breathwork with brushwork. Slowing down with the breath, then pairing it with the brush to see how the two move together.
Sounding and grounding
Some gentle sounding and grounding to help us move out of our heads and into our hearts, opening up to guidance.
Guided painting
This is the heart of the afternoon. We'll follow whatever comes up, keep going until there's a natural pause, and then ask what wants to happen next.
Closing
A chance to share what you found, if you feel like it.
