Envisioning Your Highest Self

A creative intention-setting workshop for vision, clarity, and becoming.

Inspired by the cult classic Creative Visualization, this workshop uses artmaking as a way to imagine, claim, and give form to the life you want to grow into.

Participants begin by envisioning their highest selves through guided prompts, then shape that vision into bold, future-stated intentions written as if they are already true.

From there, those intentions become handmade cards created with watercolor, collage, and other intuitive materials. The process is part reflection, part creative ritual, and part tangible reminder of what you are calling in. These cards become powerful visual touchstones you can return to again and again.

Here’s What Happens

We begin by imagining and describing the highest version of yourself through writing, drawing, or both. After some sharing and reflection, participants turn those visions into clear, declarative intention statements rooted in the future they want to embody.

Each person then chooses two or three intentions to bring to life as handmade cards, using mixed materials in an intuitive and personal way. By the end, everyone leaves with a small set of visual reminders they can return to, along with a mini pad to continue the practice at home.

How It Goes

  • Introduction to the process and invitation into the workshop

  • Writing, drawing, or both to explore the vision of your highest self

  • Group sharing of highest self visions

  • Creating intention statements

  • Choosing 2 to 3 intentions to turn into handmade cards

  • Card making with watercolor, collage, and other intuitive materials

  • Closing and take-home mini pad for continuing the practice on your own

What You Walk Away With

Participants leave with a more relaxed and curious relationship to watercolor, along with simple techniques they can continue exploring on their own.

More than anything, they leave having experienced watercolor as a medium that invites responsiveness, experimentation, and surprise rather than perfection.

This Group Is For You If…

  • your group could benefit from loosening its grip a little and learning to work with what is happening rather than trying to control every outcome.

  • your group would enjoy practicing trust in first instincts, since watercolor tends to reward presence, decisiveness, and a willingness to let a mark stand.

  • your group could use a creative experience that treats mistakes as information, where puddles, bleeds, and surprises become part of the discovery.

  • your group would enjoy working with a medium that keeps revealing new possibilities through color, water, timing, and touch.
