Experiment with a range of materials together, watercolor, acrylic, oil pastel, with some simple breathwork woven in to help everyone drop in. Process-based, playful, and no art experience needed.

Creating With Your Highest Self
(2 hr)

Together we envision our highest selves and then create handmade meditation cards to call them in using watercolor, collage, or whatever materials call to you.
