The Artist’s Way Companion

13-Week Program - $1560

13 x 60-minute sessions, to be used within 32 weeks

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Focus
Support and accountability while moving through The Artist’s Way , using conversation and somatic artmaking to process insights, emotions, resistance, and creative shifts as they arise.

This program is for those who want to stay engaged with the book, deepen their understanding of its themes, and integrate the work through embodied, visual practices rather than words alone.

Structure

Sessions are typically held bi-weekly and must be completed within 8 months to support consistency and momentum.

Introductory Session: Get acquainted, discuss the book’s introduction, clarify intentions, and establish a sustainable rhythm for the months ahead.

Ongoing Sessions: Each session corresponds to the weekly reading and includes:

  • Guided discussion of the chapter and what surfaced during the week

  • Artmaking to explore and process discoveries somatically and visually

Sessions are held in my studio, a spacious, inspiring environment with space to experiment freely with whatever medium is calling you. Materials may include watercolor, drawing, collage, writing, or other mixed media. No prior art experience is needed.

Expected Outcomes:

  • A steady, supportive rhythm for moving through The Artist’s Way without rushing or dropping off.

  • Greater awareness of how resistance, perfectionism, and inner critic patterns show up, and tools for meeting them with curiosity rather than force.

  • A felt understanding of how insights from the book land in the body, not just the mind.

  • Experience using art as a way to process emotion, insight, and change, even without a goal of making finished work.

  • Increased trust in your creative intelligence and intuitive impulses.

  • A deeper sense of creativity as a grounding, regulating, and supportive practice in daily life.

  • Clarity around what kinds of creative practices feel nourishing and sustainable for you.

  • Confidence in continuing both the Artist’s Way practices and your own creative rhythm beyond the program.
